Claire is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. Her clinical experience includes supporting a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, young adults, and older adults.
Claire believes in fostering a therapeutic environment where clients feel truly seen, understood, and empowered. By working collaboratively, she seeks to help clients identify and pursue their values, goals, and paths toward growth. Claire has a passion for addressing issues such as depression and anxiety, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, social anxiety, and life transitions.
Claire’s approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based practices while remaining adaptable to the unique needs of each individual client. She incorporates therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to promote meaningful and lasting change.
