Haley Rupe-Salazar, AMFT 145332

Haley Rupe-Salazar is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University. Her clinical background and training includes working with a wide range of age groups including children, adolescents, young adults, couples and families.

Haley offers a client-centered and collaborative approach to therapy incorporating therapy models of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems. When working with clients she emphasizes client empowerment where she helps to guide each client to develop therapy goals that are tailored to meet their needs and create an environment for personal healing and growth. Common symptoms and challenges she helps clients to improve include experiences with depression and anxiety, drug and alcohol problems, self-esteem, behavior problems, poor communication skills, adjustment issues, poor social skills, relationship and family difficulties.

She has also developed particular skills and training in the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents experiencing problems associated with ADHD, maladaptive behaviors and emotional disorders. Areas of particular interest include working with couples providing marriage and pre-marital counseling. Upon request, Haley provides Christian-based counseling as well.

Haley is seeing clients in Yorba Linda and Irvine.
