Finding the right therapist or counselor can often be as difficult as the problem you’re facing. At Chiron Behavioral Health our 3 therapists have decades of combined experience assisting a variety of clients with all of their mental and emotional needs.

Depending on the nature of your issues, we may recommend one of our therapists who has extensive experience in that area. You can rest assured that our compassionate team of professionals will go above and beyond to help you restore a sense of wellbeing and calm in your life.

Dori Caralto, LMFT

Doris Caralto, also known as Dori, was licensed as a marriage and family therapist in early 2000.  Her clinical experience includes play therapy for children, individual counseling with teens and adults, couples therapy, and group therapy. Her current primary focus is on individual and couple’s counseling for women and men dealing with life transitions, relationship difficulties, and helping them develop personal wellbeing and positive relationships.

Doris takes a here-and-now, or a solution-focused approach to therapy. By learning to view challenges as opportunities for growth and enrichment, Doris believes you can discover a greater acceptance of reality and a truer sense of fulfillment.

She is passionate about encouraging and teaching clients to focus less on the past and future, while maintaining a greater awareness of the current moment. Being able to face with complete presence the joys and sorrows that life brings will lead to a greater sense of authenticity and peace. Although the journey is not always easy, it is worth the effort.

Doris Caralto’s desire is to be your guide as you courageously face and overcome the obstacles that keep you from becoming your true and best self.  Life is happening now, don’t let it pass you by!

Raymond Weaver, LMFT

Ray Weaver has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field and is the founder and CEO of Chiron Behavioral Health. As a seasoned business executive, therapist, husband, and father, Ray offers a unique perspective and insights that will help you discover your life’s path while facing and overcoming personal and family challenges. Ray earned his undergraduate degree in business from Texas Christian University and he holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Trinity College of Graduate Studies. In addition, he has participated in subsequent doctoral studies with an emphasis in family systems therapy.

His treatment approach recognizes that the substance of life is often found in how we define and experience meaning in our relationships and personal life as well as our way of relating to the world around us. A very common life experience of feeling stuck or weighed down by stress, relationship conflicts, or other emotional factors can create significant distress in our satisfaction at home, work, and among friends.

Ray offers a compassionate and engaged approach during therapy sessions, offering a full range of services for adults, adolescents, couples, and families. His professional interests and common issues addressed in his counseling appointments include depression, anxiety, fatigue, relationship issues, communication conflicts, self-worth, grief and loss, career and work-related issues, addiction, spirituality, marriage and pre-marital counseling, general health, and wellness.

When he is not working, Ray spends time with his family and also enjoys playing sports, swimming, and other outdoor activities.
