Dr. Noha Zaki received her doctoral degree in Applied Clinical Health Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and has obtained her master’s in counseling psychology from Mount Saint Mary’s University. Her training and areas of interest in clinical practice include helping clients of all ages work through issues of trauma, health and wellness, depression, and anxiety while working to help clients not only better manage their health concerns but also building the best life possible for themselves.
Dr. Zaki is extremely passionate about holistic wellness! She has a grounded, holistic, approach that is uniquely applied to each person to meet their individual needs. Her approach to therapy is collaborative with a client, helping to identify key areas for growth incorporating clinical disciplines of CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, Attachment and Systems theory.
Clients who have had to deal with hardships or trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, familial challenges, or struggling with substance abuse often find themselves feeling stuck and struggling with experiencing helplessness, isolation and at times hopeless. Dr. Zaki has helped many clients develop into the best version of themselves.
