Sadie Quinonez, MA, AMFT 129296

Sadie Quinonez earned her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mount St. Mary’s University, along with a certification in Enlaces, allowing her to provide culturally responsive services in Spanish. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, she has over 6 years working with individuals of various ages and mental health needs, including providing a full range of services in both English and Spanish. 

Sadie brings compassionate, client-centered care to her work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals through challenges associated with eating disorders, substance use, and mental health impact associated with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and complex trauma.

Sadie’s approach to her work with clients utilizing effective, evidence-based clinical practice treatment to include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), interpersonal therapy, and psychodynamic approaches. A core element of her therapeutic work is Brain spotting, a neuroscience-informed method designed to access and heal deep emotional wounds.

Sadie also integrates family systems work to explore and improve relational dynamics, fostering long-term recovery and resilience both individually and within the family unit. Her grounded and empathetic presence creates a safe space for clients to explore their experiences and reconnect with their authentic selves. She is deeply passionate about guiding individuals toward sustainable healing and personal growth through an integrative, trauma-informed lens.

When not working Sadie enjoys time hiking, going on walks, watching movies, shopping, hanging out with friends, and spending time with family.
