Ashley Rubi

Ashley Rubi brings more than seven years of experience in administrative and operational
leadership within mental health practice settings. Her work is grounded in a thoughtful, client-
centered approach and characterized by strong cross-functional collaboration, operational clarity,
and practical problem-solving in complex clinical environments.

Ms. Rubi earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training
from California State University, Long Beach and is currently pursuing a Master of Business
Administration from Southern Utah University. She is deeply committed to continuous learning
and professional growth, which informs her systems-oriented approach to supporting high-
quality mental health services.

In her role, Ashley oversees key business and operational functions, including financial
management, billing, and revenue cycle operations, while also leading administrative processes
that promote efficiency, consistency, and scalability. She works closely with executive leadership
and clinical teams to streamline workflows, implement effective systems, and reduce
administrative burden—allowing providers to remain focused on delivering compassionate,
evidence-based care.

Driven by a genuine passion for mental health, Ashley plays a central role in supporting access
to care, continuity of services, and positive treatment experiences for both clients and providers
at Chiron Psychological. Her work helps ensure that operational excellence and clinical care
remain tightly aligned in service of Chiron’s mission.
