Ashley is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. Ashley works with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and the stress that can come with everyday life. She is passionate about helping clients feel more connected to themselves, their relationships, and their overall sense of well-being.

Ashley’s therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. She believes therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale and not have to carry everything alone. Her work integrates evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Ashley tailors therapy to each client’s individual needs, helping clients better understand themselves, work through difficult experiences, build healthier patterns, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.

Ashley values building an authentic therapeutic relationship and believes some of the most important parts of therapy are feeling heard, accepted, and empowered throughout the process. She strives to meet clients with empathy, curiosity, and nonjudgment while helping them develop practical tools and deeper insight to navigate life’s challenges.

Outside of her work as a therapist, Ashley enjoys baking, crafting, spending time at the beach, thrifting, going to music festivals, and listening to music. She values creativity, connection, and finding joy in the little moments, both inside and outside of the therapy room.
