Ashley Weintraub, PhD, PSY 32885

Dr. Weintraub is a licensed clinical psychologist.  She earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant International University in Los Angeles. She also completed a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from the California School of Forensic Studies, Alliant International University in Los Angeles. Dr. Weintraub has experience working with anxiety, depression, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, stress management, interpersonal relationships, healthy sexuality, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and mindfulness.

Dr. Weintraub’s incorporates research-based interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as techniques from mindfulness and positive psychology when working with clients. She emphasizes the importance of health and wellness to improve overall quality of life.  She describes her personal approach and perspective on the therapy to be a very collaborative process working with each client to develop goals that meet their individual needs and develop a greater sense of balance and well-being in their personal relationships and work life.

In addition to her clinical practice of therapy, Dr. Weintraub offers comprehensive psychological testing and clinical assessment services to clients of all ages.  Assessments can provide diagnostic clarity and assist in determining appropriate interventions and the course of treatment.  Dr. Weintraub has experience evaluating for learning disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, cognitive decline, autism spectrum disorder, and mood disorders.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and getting outdoors.
