Julia began her yoga, meditation, and reiki practice 15 years ago when looking for recovery from the physical toll of sports. She was surprised to discover it was healing not just for the body, but the mind as well. Yoga, meditation, and reiki are practices so adaptable that anyone can incorporate them into their lives. As a practitioner, Julia's aim is to meet you where you stand and give you the tools to better your world.
