Matt Fleischman

Matt Fleischman brings over two decades of experience as a licensed marriage and family
therapist and leader in the development of high-quality mental health services within private
practice settings. His professional strengths lie at the intersection of clinical excellence and
organizational leadership, including clinical supervision, peer consultation, practice
management, and the professional development of both licensed and pre-licensed clinicians. He
is recognized for fostering collaborative, growth-oriented environments that support both
clinician development and high-quality patient care.

Mr. Fleischman earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University
and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine. He has extensive experience
across private practice and community-based mental health settings. Clinically, he specializes in
working with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating relationship difficulties,
behavioral challenges, and developmental concerns. He has advanced training in the assessment
and treatment of children and adolescents with ADHD, ADD, autism spectrum conditions, and
related presentations, and he also provides couples therapy, including marriage and premarital
counseling.

As Co-Founder of Chiron Psychological, Mr. Fleischman has spent more than a decade in a
senior leadership role, providing strategic oversight of the organization’s professional staff and
clinical operations. He works closely with the leadership team to advance Chiron’s collaborative
care model and to ensure the delivery of evidence-based, ethical, and client-centered services.

Outside of his professional work, Matt enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying
active through sports and outdoor activities, and drawing on his past experience as a high-school basketball coach and youth sports leader.
