Can you bill to my insurance?

Chiron does bill directly to insurance plans provided that we are contracted with your particular insurance carrier.

Are mental health services covered under my insurance?

Most insurance companies do provide coverage for mental health services. Please contact our office to find out more information. We will help you in determining your eligibility with your insurance plan and verify benefit coverage prior to starting treatment.

Are services offered by telehealth?

Yes. Chiron providers do offer both in-office and telehealth. Depending on your health plan and benefits, telehealth may or may not be covered by your insurance.

What if I don’t have insurance or you are unable to bill my insurance?

Chiron does offer outpatient therapy services on a cash rate basis. Standard hourly fee is $150 per hour. Please contact us for more information.

Do you offer psychological testing?

Yes, we do offer psychological testing and assessment services.  Depending on your particular needs some testing or assessment services may or may not be covered by insurance. Please contact our office to find out more information. We will help you in determining your eligibility with your insurance plan and verify benefit coverage prior to starting any testing or assessment services.

Do you offer family therapy?

Chiron offers individual, child/teens, and couples therapy. Family members may be included from time-to-time in treatment depending on the needs of each individual client.  Often families seek help with parent-child conflict, communication issues, divorce and the impact on the family, blended family issues, and other relationship problems. Please contact our office to discuss your particular needs.

Is there a penalty fee for a late cancellation?

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of all appointments.

Do you have evening and weekend openings?

Yes, we do offer evening and weekend appointments.
